The ai/nudge invites existing teams or an open community format to explore how life and collaboration are shaped by artificial intelligence, in a mixed group of leaders, specialist departments, experts, and skeptics. As a coach and organizational designer with a background in AI, I will guide you along a clear agenda, using analog methods and valuable questions.
How does it work?
In a short time, you will experience what an open, safe space with AI can feel like. High expectations receive equal room and language, as do questions and fears. Vague feelings turn into shared images, maps, and concrete ideas. At the end, you leave with a fresh understanding of how you want to live and work with AI, and with concrete micro-experiments you can test directly in your everyday work.
